Unreliable inspection process and unfair damage charges. I was charged for wheel damage that I believe was pre-existing, and the company refused to follow its own procedures. Before my rental, I found two unrecorded scratches on the car and reported them to staff, who told me to just take photos and said it would be fine — they never updated the rental agreement. When I asked to inspect the car together at return, staff refused. I received no notification of any damage, no confirmation of return, and no opportunity to challenge the charge before payment was taken. Only after charging me did they provide a photo of the alleged wheel scratch — with no measurement reference, so the size cannot be verified. They haven't responded to my two latest mails. Avoid this company if you can!

ATTENTION ! L'aéroport de Porto est le plus malfamé de toute l'Europe. Cela fait deux mois qu'on m'a dit qu'on me rembourserait pour m'avoir facturé deux fois la même chose, et j'attends toujours. Dans les cafés, si vous ne faites pas attention, on vous vole quand vous payez par carte. Quel niveau, celui de la « France » ! WARNING! This is the airport with the highest rate of theft in all of Europe. Two months ago, they told me they’d refund me because they’d charged me twice, and I’m still waiting. In the cafes, if you’re not careful, they’ll steal from you when you pay by card. What a “France” we have here.
