Small, but clean and easy to navigate. Ridiculously long security check queues no matter what time of week and day you travel. Rude staff. Overpriced duty free shops. No smoking area. Limited restaurant options.

🏷️ 類型｜國際機場 📍地址｜法國普羅旺斯地區馬賽機場（Marseille Provence Airport） 🕒 造訪時間｜國際航班出境時段 🚶‍♂️ 旅客狀況｜尖峰時段人潮眾多 ⭐ 此次於馬賽普羅旺斯機場的出境體驗令人非常失望。 首先，海關與邊境查驗動線相當混亂，排隊時間遠超預期，實際等待超過三小時仍無法順利通關，最終甚至導致班機延誤。現場旅客不斷累積，隊伍幾乎停滯不前，工作效率令人難以接受。當旅客向現場人員反映可能趕不上班機時，得到的回應卻是冷漠且缺乏協助意願，讓整體體驗雪上加霜。 另外特別提醒前往馬賽旅遊的旅客，務必提高警覺。機場25號門附近計程車區域曾遇到疑似計程車詐騙情況。上車前司機表示依照跳表計費，網路查詢從機場到馬賽凱旋門（Porte d’Aix）周邊正常價格約50歐元左右，但抵達後卻被要求支付250歐元。更令人不安的是，途中司機曾刻意駛入不明地下區域，導致手機訊號中斷，增加旅客求助困難與心理壓力。 若需搭乘計程車，建議優先使用官方叫車平台、Uber或事先預約接送服務，並於上車前確認價格與付款方式，以降低風險。 整體而言，此次經驗無論在通關效率或交通安全感受上都相當不理想，建議旅客預留遠高於一般機場的通關時間，並對現場交通服務保持高度警覺。 ⸻ My departure experience at Marseille Provence Airport was extremely disappointing. First, the immigration and border control process was chaotic and severely understaffed. The waiting time exceeded three hours, and the delay was so significant that many passengers risked missing their flights. The queue barely moved, and the overall organization was poor. When travelers expressed concerns about flight departures, some staff members appeared indifferent and unwilling to assist, creating an even more frustrating experience. I would also like to warn future visitors about a possible taxi scam near Gate 25. Before getting into the taxi, the driver agreed to use the meter. According to online estimates, a ride from the airport to the Porte d’Aix area in Marseille should cost around €50. However, upon arrival, the driver demanded €250. What made the situation even more concerning was that the driver briefly entered an unfamiliar underground area where mobile phone signals became unavailable, leaving passengers with limited ability to contact anyone or seek help. For safety reasons, I strongly recommend using official ride-hailing services such as Uber or pre-booked transportation, and confirming fares before starting the trip. Overall, this was one of the worst airport experiences I have encountered, both in terms of border control efficiency and transportation safety. Travelers should allow significantly more time than usual and remain cautious when arranging transportation from the airport.

Easy plenty of parking space, handy for any airport needs. Definitely an excellent airport for traveling and ontime flights !! Large selection of deli (like La Duree), coffee bars, gourmet cozy restaurants. Really a pleasure.
