El vuelo llego a la terminal 2. No es grande, esta bien cuidada y limpia. No se puede decir lo mismo del baño que hay allí. Pequeño solo 2 wc y uno de ellos se obstruye y comenzó a salir agua hacia afuera. Solo 1 lavabo y sin jabon.

Cet avis concerne uniquement les services pour changer les bébés. Une seule pauvre table dans la salle d’embarquement à la vue de tous uniquement chez les femmes. Une autre salle fermée avec impossibilité d’ouvrir. C’est assez décevant pour changer des enfants dans une intimité et un minimum de services

Absolute hellhole. We arrived 4 hours before flight to ensure we were on time but the check in for the Aer Lingus desk didn’t open until 2 hours before flight. Too boot the line wasn’t announced until it was open, which meant if you weren’t looking at the board every minute you end up back of the line, so despite being early we had to queue for 30 minutes to get checked in and tag our bags. After that we had another queue to drop bags off for loading. Once we reached security we realised that we had to bag all our liquids, this wasn’t mentioned before and we could have been prepared if they had forewarned us at any stage. While filling our trays they had the cheek to start rushing us, “hurry, hurry” while trying to remove all electronic devices, belts and empty our pockets. Once through the detector a security lady proceeded to do a random search on my autistic child and while I was trying to explain to him what was happening she grabbed his hands and took a swab without consent. He was in tears cause he thought he was in trouble. We were so delayed at this stage we had little time to shop or eat instead before having to head to the departure gate. We then had a forth queue for passport check! Finally at the boarding gate there were no seats and everyone was sitting on the floor of this tiny corridor with no visible aircon for twenty minutes, they didn’t let us into the waiting lounge until minutes before the gate closing time and twenty minutes before take off. In total we had to queue 5 times either being made to wait for long periods and then told to rush. This is by far the worst airport experience Ive ever had. Just be prepared if you go there and if anyone from Aer Lingus reads this please sort out the protocol for your passengers. Ryanair have self service checkin here why not you? and the check in staff could prewarn passengers about the archaic security check.

La terminal 2 al menos es bastante vieja y casi solo hay vuelos de Ryanair. Los accesos a los aviones son a pie. Las tiendas escasas y poco bares, pero al menos abren hasta tarde. De los aeropuertos más flojos que he visto.
