Commentaire : I have a dairy allergy, so I always pay close attention to how drinks are prepared. During my visit, I ordered a drink with soy milk. Unfortunately, the container that is normally used for dairy was used for my soy milk. Even though it had been washed and looked clean, this is a complete no-go when it comes to allergies — cross-contamination is always a risk. Since I didn’t receive a receipt, I had to ask again which milk was actually used. The staff member was friendly and showed me the soy milk package, which reassured me that it was indeed vegan milk. The drinks themselves were okay. However, my question about adding vanilla syrup to a drink wasn’t understood. I realize that not everyone speaks English in France, but I would have appreciated a bit more effort in communication. This was actually the first Starbucks where I’ve ever experienced this issue. Normally, staff strictly follow the guidelines, so it was disappointing to see such a lapse here.

Commentaire : Rude service, overfilled my cup with the wrong iced coffee and then tried to fix the drink by putting another cup and made it look messy. Just looked like she wasn’t bothered to even make the drink. If you speak English they discriminate you. The drink felt like I was drinking water with caramel just sprinkled on.

Commentaire : Je n'ai jamais été déçue par un Starbucks avant de venir ici. Nous en repartons à l'instant dépités ! Au delà des prix exorbitants (un croissant à 2,30 euros) la qualité n'est pas au rdv. J'adore le chocolat chaud à Starbucks et là ? J'ai eu du lait chaud. J'ai du demander à ce qu'on le refasse. Le café était juste imbuvable. Le croissant très cher était pas bon. Quelle déception venant d'une telle franchise. Et encore l'attente était longue. 10 min pour avoir un café et un chocolat chaud ? Si je n'avais pas l'habitude des Starbucks, je n'y remettrais plus les pieds. Je trouve ça vraiment dommage
