Commentaire : Most of these bad reviews come down to misunderstandings. I ordered a chicken sandwich from the machine. The staff member then pointed out to me, that there were no chicken sandwiches left, after I had paid. So I said, 'okay, I'll have a refund then.'... which I thought was understood. However, with no explanation and no clear communication as to what was going, the staff seemed to be get heated and stressed, and kind of brushed me aside. I ended up waiting for a fair bit until another lady came down from the back room with lots of sandwhiches. So in the end I got my sandwich... Everyone would have had a much better experience if 1. The machines kept track of stock 2. Issues and solutions were explained clearly 3. Phones not used during customer interactions (jesus, I sound like a boomer) 4. Basic English should be mandatory for staff at airports.

Commentaire : My experience was amazing. The lady working here misunderstood my order but when I told her she was super sweet and solved everything! The smoothie i got was also very good and refreshing. It is pricey but it is at the airport what do you guys expect lol. Thank you madam for your kindness if you see this! (30.03.2026)

Commentaire : Vous n'allez pas me croire.....on m'a refusé des glaçons. J'ai acheté 3 boissons 20 euros. les jus étaient chaud. j'ai demandé des glaçons. on m'en a donné 4. j en ai demandé plus. refusé. il fallait l accord du manager qui n etait pas la. REALLY ?????? NAVRANT. A FUIR...

Commentaire : Lekkere vers gemaakte smoothie. Zag ze het zelf maken van vers fruit dus snap andere reviews niet dat het niet vers is. Bediening wel niet al te vriendelijke inderdaad.

Commentaire : Service sympathique et bons jus. En revanche, aujourd’hui, il y avait des centaines de drosophiles dans le magasin et autour des machines. Cela n’est pas très ragoûtant.
