  • Comment: Je suis habitué des Starbucks, je n’ai jamais étais aussi mal reçu.
    Les vendeuses ne sont pas sympathiques et en plus vous font payer le prix d’une boisson de taille moyenne alors que vous commandez une boisson de petite taille. Vous avez l’impression de commettre un crime lorsque vous demandez un manchon pour votre boisson qui est chaude…
    Afin bref, extrêmement déçus je n’y retournerai pas et je ne vous conseille pas d’y aller, il y a plein d’autres petits restaurants qui font leurs cafés à emporter pour beaucoup moins chers et avec un meilleur accueil

  • Comment: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was just the worst. Being tired from shopping, we went to Starbucks to grab some coffee before heading home.

    I was ordering when I asked the cashier a question about a promotion shown behind her. She didn't even look behind when I pointed, nor did she seem interested in what I was saying to her (she really had the least welcoming look on her face). After repeating 3-4 more times, I gave up and just ordered my drinks as I didn't want to hold up the queue anymore and stepped aside.

    Then the salesperson began gesturing, clearly talking about me and laughing with her colleague next to her, who then asked me to repeat what I had said. Clearly not wanting to repeat yet again, I told her that it was okay because I had already placed my order. Then she kept on insisting several more times that I tell her. Clearly, when the customer refuses, should they insist? Perhaps she didn't like that, so she began to complain to the nosy customer who had just placed an order with her.

    Then this customer made it her business to meddle in, telling me that I should tell the worker because it gets noisy and that I should almost "sing" as in shout out my order/question. I explained that I had already repeated numerous times that I did not wish to do it again. The woman kept on talking about me, repeating the same thing. I clearly told her that it didn't concern her, but the woman, in front of her children and mine and everyone, continued to belittle me even after I told her that it was none of her business. It got to a point where she swore at me, making some people literally "GASP" and laugh.

    Having lived in France for several years, though I may not be fluent in French, I have never had an experience where people couldn't understand me - unless they chose to. This terrible experience began all due to inattentive and pushy employees and an intrusive woman who must have been their "spokesperson".

    No one, let alone a customer, deserves to be treated or made to feel this way over coffee.

  • Comment: If you're non-French speaker or BIPOC (person of color), don't go here. Awful experience. The staff exhibited RACIST and unfriendly behavior.

    I've read numerous negative reviews from the past (like year 2020), indicating persistent issues with rude and unfriendly behavior towards non-French speakers and BIPOC at this place. No matter how well you speak French, if you're BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color), you'll face poor treatment.

    An Asian lady ordered in French, asking about a seasonal deal, but the worker was inattentive, not looking at her and talking to the other cashier. Despite her patience and attempts, she settled for a simpler order.

    Even after she told them it was okay, the workers continued to make things difficult. Others nearby joined in, laughing and SWEARING AT HER IN FRENCH.

    The CASHIERS were RUDE, even laughing when the swearing was directed at her. Despite the manager's attempt to intervene, the situation didn't improve. Overall, a disappointing and negative experience due to DISRESPECTFUL and RACIST, DISCRIMINATORY behavior.

    Starbucks' commitment to Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity falls short here today. Despite the brand's goal of creating a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, there have been RACIST, CONDESCENDING, and NEGLECTFUL EXPERIENCES FOR MINORITIES OR MARGINALIZED INDIVIDUALS AT THIS LOCATION. This contradicts the stated aim of being a place where everyone is welcome. If there has been no improvement in the past three years and feedback is not being addressed, it suggests a lack of attention to customer concerns.
